THE ACCOUNTANT'S POETRY COMPANION - A PROPOSED BOOK

There has been, accumulated over the past six years, a sizeable body of published poetry from critical accounting - largely in the journal Critical Perspectives on Accounting. This web page is designed to provide a taster proposal for a book: an anthology of critical accounting poetry. The above selection of twelve poems serves to demonstrate the richness and ranging topics covered by this innovative work from the accounting academe. In its entirety, the slim version of this book of poetry will contain a much larger collection numbering over 70 poems - to be selected from all the past issues of the CPA Journal. Also planned as a complementary product, will be an ascetically enhanced edition aimed to include original B&W and colour photography exemplified by the small selection of Photographs. All suggestions and support for the proposal, intention to adopt poetry book or any other comments would be much appreciated. Please send them to Professor Tony Tinker at Baruch College, City University of New York. Email: W.Y.Hill@gcal.ac.uk
